Guaranteed Parking:
The property includes one private garage space for one vehicle. This is the only guaranteed parking spot for the home.

Additional Parking:
Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. We're located next to a popular local brewery, so nearby street parking may be limited during evenings, weekends, and special events.

Special requests for early check-in or late check-out:
At Southside Speakeasy, every arrival is intentionally timed and meticulously prepared, and departures are thoughtfully timed to allow for a careful reset of the space for our next guests. Early check-in (before standard 4 PM) and late check-out (after standard 11 AM) are available upon request and dependent on our cleaner's schedule. Once we confirm your request, you'll be charged to secure the updated arrangements. Fees start at $25. Just message us with your request or submit it through our guest portal after you've booked your stay.

Please be aware, this is a townhome with 4 stories of stairs. The main living area is on the 2nd level, with bathrooms located on the ground and 3rd floors. The living room couch can be used as a sleeping space; just let us know if you plan to use it as a bed so we can provide the right sheets and pillows. There's also ample room in the living room or primary bedroom for an air mattress (please bring your own mattress and bedding).

Guests have access to all levels of the home, two outdoor spaces, and the garage.

Parking:
The garage can accommodate one vehicle. Anything larger than a mid size SUV will be a tight squeeze. Your parking skills need to be on point!

Additional parking is available on the streets that run in front of and beside the property. Please be aware of “No Parking” signs on each end of the street section in front of our property. This is monitored by authorities.
